Yusuf Pathan, M.S. Dhoni, Shane Watson

The Rajasthan Royals have become the inaugral IPL champions after taking victory in a scintillating last ball nailbiter against the Chennai Super Kings. Man of the match went to Yusuf Pathan.

The player of the series award went to Shane Watson who accrued a total of 474 runs and 17 wickets throughout the tournament. The orange cap went to Shaun Marsh for making the most runs with 616, and the purple cap went to Sohail Tanvir for his unbeaten 22 wicket haul.
